BLUE CHEESE & WALNUT SPINACH SALAD

INGREDIENTS

1 Package Baby Spinach

1/3 pound blue chess, crumbled

1/2 cup walnuts; sautéed

INSTRUCTIONS

1/4 Cup Kaiser’s Maple Syrup

1 & 1/2 tblsp Cider Vinegar

1/4 Cup Olive Oil

Salt and Freshly Ground Black Pepper

Place Spinach on platter, top with blue cheese and walnuts.

Warm maple syrup in a small sauce pan.

Pour vinegar into a small bowl. Wish oil into vinegar in a slow stream.

Whisk maple syrup into vinegar/oil mixture slowly.

Pour dressing over the salad and serve.

Salt and pepper to taste.
